-1 12-cup muffin pan
-Pam Non-stick cooking spray
-2 cups Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix (40oz/ 2lb box)
-1-1 1/4 cups milk (skim or low fat)
-Parsley flakes (optional)
-1 butter stick (4 oz)
-Carib Delights Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick flour mix and milk (for lighter bread, gradually add more milk). If desired, add parsley flakes to the mix. Take muffin pan and lightly spray in and around each cup with Pam non-stick cooking spray. Using a table spoon, scoop batter and pour into each muffin cup (fill approximately 1/2 of cup, bread will rise).With a teaspoon, scoop Carib Delights Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread and add into the batter of each muffin cup (make sure that batter covers the cheese). Place the muffin pan into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until bread turns golden brown. Once done, remove from oven and let cool out.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over the stove. Add garlic powder and parsley. Take a tablespoon and scoop melted butter mix and lightly pour over the tops of the bread after baking.
