Pita Chips with Spicy Tomatoes and Cheese Spread

-4 Pita Breads
-Table Salt
-1 (14.5 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles Finely Chopped Garlic
-1 (6 oz) package of Carib Delights Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread
-3 tablespoons basil , cut into a fine chiffonade
-6 tablespoons olive oil


Grill the pita, with 1 tbsp olive oil each,over a moderate flame on the grill for 1 minute on each side or until you begin to see grill marks on the pita. Remove from the grill and cut into 6 pieces and sprinkle with salt. Place the 6 oz Carib Delights Cheese Spread in the center of a small bowl,and press the cheese mixture down slightly. Combine the diced tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Pour the tomato mixture over the cheese. Arrange the pita chips along side the cheese mixture and serve immediately.
